Is a media artist and consultant in areas of interactive installations, multi-media performance, creative projects with Virtual Reality and Internet. He received the Masters in Audiovisual Media degree in 2003 from the Academy of Media Arts (KHM), Cologne, Germany. He has been a co-founder of the creative teams of the E-Lab and RIXC (both in Rigasince 1996).
